NARONCO supplies clients with execution services for all project phases. NARONCO provides input into construction scope to optimize construction activities and to offer cost-saving suggestions during all project phases. Our experience in planning and execution supports the efficient use of minimum/just-in-time inventory and can reduce the project schedule.
Minutes of the reconstruction orientation meeting will be published. Weekly status reporting change in order logs, diary of daily activities, minutes of meeting etc. will become part of jobsite records. The contractor will provide overall project coordination for all subcontractors on the project.
It is envisioned that the camp facilities to support this important construction effort will be erected near the construction site. Additional temporary support facilities will start with construction offices, electrical power, sanitary sewers, warehouse, equipment yard laydown areas, offsite fabrication yards and pipe fabrication shop. These services will be completed in a timely manner to support the construction efforts.
NARONCO’s key construction management staff mobilize in the field at the appropriate time to support the schedule requirements set forth by the overall project’s master schedule. One of the first activities will be to establish and finalize the temporary facilities layout with the owner.
